Welcome to 2012, Welcome to the New Zecco!

The first week of the New Year is always a good time to reflect on the past year, and look ahead at what’s coming in the next. 2012 will be an exciting year because of the Olympics in London and the Presidential race here in the U.S.

Right now though, I am especially grateful for our loyal customers and for all the wonderful people at Zecco who work so hard to serve them.

The past year surely was a challenging one for investors, with the stock market being so volatile. Still, at Zecco we made a great deal of progress towards my personal goal as CEO – to make Zecco the only brokerage firm our customers need.

We launched our Zecco Elite service for our most active customers, and the ETF Navigator to help you find potential investing opportunities. Also, to further expand our leading social media presence, we brought Wall Street to Facebook, and became the fastest growing broker on Facebook.

Last, but clearly not least, we completed the pilot of the new Zecco Trading Center. This first week of 2012, the first group of Zecco Trading customers upgraded to the new platform, including great new features like Extended Hours trading! Very soon, the new Trading Center will be available to all our customers.

And there will be more to look forward to this year. Once all Zecco Trading accounts have been upgraded to the new Trading Center, we’ll be rolling out the next generation of Zecco Mobile. It will provide intuitive trading capabilities for Android and iPhone users, including advanced stock and complex options trading. Plus, just like in the new Trading Center, you’ll have access to Extended Hours trading from your smartphone.

You’ll hear more about all the good new stuff at a later time, but for now I just want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year. Peace to you, your loved ones, and your families.

This new platform looks nice but works even worse than last one. Today one can’t do anything as a popup constanlty says an error has occurred…                                                                       Before I could simply see the last quote on my watchlist stocks pre-market, now you can’t even see that with the stocks you already purchased. Stock values on pne page do not match on another page! Livechat is DEAD!!!!!!!!!! This is really sad

I just acquired the newly updated “Trading Center” looks
fine and if the new trading options and extended trading hours work as
advertised I’m sure these additions will be helpful.

My only suggestion at this point would be to include the
ability to receive live up to the minute quotes on a user selected list of stocks
    that automatically refreshes itself.  I
find along with many others that the ability to track this form of up to the
minute information is an essential part of any successful trading platform especially
    in today’s volatile market.  Adding
transaction fees and limited spreads to the current volatility makes placing
buy/sell orders based on out dated information risky and dangerous.

If I want to know what happened fifteen minutes ago or yesterday
or last month I can go to the history.
As it is if I want to obtain current information on a particular position
I have to type it in and then continually hit the refresh button.  If I want to track multiple positions I have
to reduce the size of the “trading center” page and bring up another service
that displays up to date quotes on several offerings at a time.

It would be very helpful and more convenient to have this
capability all combined in one service and on one page.

    Thank You
